Our experience includes both internal executive search and large global and boutique executive search firm experience.  There are times where it makes sense to use the services of an executive search firm for highly specialized searches, but you should also have the capability in-house to identify, attract and hire great talent for your organization.

  7. We conduct search postmortem's with key stakeholders to understand what was done well and what needs to be improved
